My role and responsibility
I was able to build and led a high-impact statewide organization from the ground up, overseeing staff, budget, and strategic campaigns on healthcare, education, and immigration while managing digital organizing and advocacy initiatives.
What I loved about the job:
Scaled a one-person shop into a high-impact statewide organization with a staff of five and a $500k budget.
Developed and led organizing and communications campaigns focused on healthcare, education, and immigration reform; collaborated with national funders and local coalitions.
Implemented large-scale digital organizing programs and managed paid communications and advocacy strategies.
