Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication
Graduating from the Arizona State Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication felt like stepping out of a whirlwind of learning, growth, and unforgettable experiences. Throughout my time there, I dove into coursework that pushed me to think sharper and tell stories with clarity and purpose—whether I was reporting breaking news, filming in the studio, or building multimedia pieces late into the night. The hands-on environment made every lesson feel real, and the support from professors and classmates gave me the confidence to take creative risks and find my own voice.
Looking back, I can see how each challenge shaped me into a stronger storyteller and a more thoughtful communicator. The internships, newsroom simulations, and collaborative projects prepared me to enter the media world with both skill and enthusiasm. Walking across that graduation stage, I felt proud, inspired, and genuinely excited for the future—grateful for an experience that was demanding, empowering, and incredibly rewarding.
