My role and responsibility
As Senior Director I Led national civic engagement campaigns across all 50 states by coordinating strategy, coaching remote teams, standardizing reporting, and driving values-based grassroots efforts across field, communications, and digital platforms.
What I loved about the job:
I was privileged to oversee national civic engagement and electoral programs across a cohort of state affiliates; translated strategic objectives into tactical operations across 50-state campaigns.
Provided ongoing coaching to remote state-based teams on campaign tactics, messaging, and goal tracking; developed tools to standardize metrics and reporting.
Led cross-functional efforts between field, communications, and digital teams to execute high-impact grassroots campaigns using both c3 and c4 frameworks.
Advanced values-driven messaging and community engagement through town halls, organizing events, and coordinated days of action.
