My role and responsibility
Acted as the primary liaison between state senators and the public, leading caucus-wide messaging, media relations, and strategic narrative development while training legislators for press and community engagement.
What I loved about the job:
I was able to serve as a key liaison between state senators and the public; coordinated daily messaging strategy and media relations across the caucus.
Created and executed strategic narratives to amplify legislation and public engagement.
I trained legislators in media prep and community-facing events.
